COMMISSION ONLY: Lucrative Commission Plan ($150K-$300K per year) Employee medical, dental, & vision paid 100% by employer. Spouse and dependents 50%' 401K with 3.5% company match.

Brand new office with an onsite gym. Flexible dress code Responsibilities: Writing captivating job descriptions.

Developing comprehensive candidate profiles. Utilizing industry platforms to find and develop potential candidates. Cultivating relationships with candidates and clients.

Facilitating, negotiating, and closing employment contracts. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills, 2 years sales/recruiter experience preferred.

Tech-savvy, Recruiting experience a plus, Construction industry experience preferred, 4 yr. degree preferred, but not required Strong persuasive writing skills required.
