In this role you will report to the CPO and work closely with cross functional teams across the company and with external partners to launch and optimize a new product. The successful candidate has a passion for games, a keen sense of what makes them work and the drive to make a dream into a reality.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product, Engineering, Art, and Design both on site and remote teams to deliver on key product development milestones

  • Identify and/or remove any roadblocks to projects hitting quality and schedule targets.

  • Create manage and communicate schedules identifying and monitoring key dependencies milestones and approval

  • Align and drive all departments to define deliverables and release on time.

  • Track productivity through project plan, hour tracking and workflow analytics

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Legal, as needed

  • Continually asses and improve workplace efficiencies, productivity, and departmental interaction

Qualifications

  • 5 years of industry experience producing 3D games including mobile.

  • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing project risk

  • Ability to move fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and take-charge management of day-to-day details

  • Experience overseeing project workows, writing project plans, creating timelines, identifying dependencies and driving successful execution of milestones, on-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule

  • Experience managing diverse and remote teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of agile project management techniques and best practices.

  • Ability to establish rapport with engineers, product managers, and the creative team while driving positive results

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
