This established, family owned and operated real estate company is seeking a high-level executive and office assistant. In order to be an excellent addition to the team, you must be confident with a positive and helpful attitude, and have a drive for superior customer satisfaction. While comfortable and content with repeat, detailed work, a successful team member will also be flexible and able to adapt to changing daily needs.

In this position, you will be performing general office and executive assistant functions, like:

  • Supporting the team with computer troubleshooting and updates, i.e. connecting printers, installing or updating software, use of internal programs
  • Creating and analyzing office procedures, in order to help the office run efficiently
  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, scanning, filling, creating meeting minutes, greeting visitors, handling incoming correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, typing reports, memos, letters and other documents
  • Scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities
  • Support the executives and other team with calendar management and scheduling work projects

Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education/certification, preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in computer and internet use, and Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Schedule is Monday- Friday, approximately 9 am- 1 pm or 1 pm- 5 pm. This is a Part-Time Long-Term commitment, and while there may be some flexibility due to nature of the business, consistency of schedule is required.
