Executive Office Assistant to $110K - Work in Private Equity Our client, a boutique venture capital firm, is seeking an Executive Office Administrator In this role, the Executive Office Administrator will be responsible for aiding all employees providing administrative and bookkeeping support to make for efficient operation of the management office. Qualified candidates will have 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant with backgrounds in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or legal. Position Details: Location: Boston, MA Work Model: In office Degree: Preferred Responsibilities include processing and managing invoices, preparing and assisting with payment processing and invoice management, managing communication and coordination with investors, working with travel agencies to arrange and manage travel logistics, and more. The ideal candidate has high proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook), excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
