Position Description:
The Iron Mountain Executive Engagement Program is seeking an experienced Content Strategy Manager to lead our content and communications strategy for our global program and in support of our flagship Executive Innovation Center (EIC) located in Manassas, Virginia. The Content Strategy Manager is responsible for the creation and governance of our content and communications strategy including interactive content shared within the EIC. The successful candidate will use knowledge and expertise to create a content strategy that meets our program's business objectives and brings to the Iron Mountain brand to life through creative storytelling and interactive experiences.The Content Strategy Manager is responsible for determining what type of content is needed to support our global program and physical EIC and how the content will be created and maintained.
Core Responsibilities :
Develop content strategy for global Executive Engagement Program including the Executive Innovation Center (EIC) in Manassas, Virginia.
Partner with internal subject matter experts from across the company to maintain and update existing content and create a strategy to generate new content where gaps exist
Develop & maintain discussion leader and content repository
Collaborate with Executive Engagement Program Director and Executive Briefing Strategist to develop a training program for internal executive leaders and discussion leaders
Review core business objectives and strategic initiatives to determine content hierarchy and program requirements
Lead strategy around the development and testing of Content Management System (CMS) platform
Manage Content Management System (CMS) and governance models including processes and dependencies such as key roles/responsibilities.
Maintain content catalog, organize technology showcase content, and assign and track new content development opportunities
Create and maintain internal and external Executive Engagement Program content including websites, marketing collateral, copy, etc.
Manage internal briefing program site, including page creation and copy & content edits

Experience working with web-based platforms like Google Sites
Preferred Experience:
5+ years experience in content management, marketing, or marketing operations
Familiarity with Google Workplace
Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Experience working with briefing management software platforms
Experience using key performance indicators and metrics to make informed decisions
