Collaborates with other stakeholders to develop, monitor and execute on the Enterprise Strategy. Develops new organizational strategies and capabilities to improve operational efficiencies, transform care and determine growth opportunities. Leads complex cross enterprise work and manages internal consulting efforts for special strategic projects. Develops and implements large scale hospital/system integration plans. Has overall responsibility to drive end to end execution of Network Integration partnerships, including collaboration with external advisors as appropriate. Works closely with Business Development to grow and take our various core services and products to market and consider other business opportunities.
Job Description Responsibilities:
Participates in formulation of the Enterprise Strategy and Strategic Roadmap.
Aligns growth, market, and strategic intelligence strategies to both.
Facilitates the development of Enterprise growth strategy and goals and helps to develop/organize/prioritize key initiatives to help achieve those goals, including local market growth plans, individual Institute strategies, national contracting/network strategies, new market entry and development, new business entry/development.
Leads complex, cross-Enterprise initiatives including structuring/managing project, overseeing analytics process, helping to forge consensus among key stakeholders, ensuring adequate business case to support.
Leads process of identifying potential partners, including assessment of organizational fit and congruence with Strategic roadmap, building a strategy for partnership alignment
Leads/supports work on a wide variety of domestic and international strategic partnerships, through opportunity assessment, evaluation, transaction, integration, and monitoring, including oversight of the Strategic Transactions Council.
Oversees the development and implementation of large-scale network integration plans to successfully execute partnerships.
Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance partnering and integration portfolio.
With the Chief Strategy Officer, oversees the Strategy Office, leading day-to-day operations and annual budget.
Develops and maintains data, analytic tools and project management methodologies, collaborating with and leveraging resources of other related departments

Highly skilled at identifying information resources, research methods, data analysis and insight.

Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trusting relationships, both internally and externally in a complex environment.
Ability to forge collaborative and productive relationships where there is overlap in roles, e.g., Market and Network Services, Clinical Transformation, Enterprise Strategic Planning.
Must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with other Senior Executives within situations of ambiguity and change.
