Executive Director (Part-Time) - Institute For Corporate Social Innovation

The Executive Director (part-time) will provide leadership, strategic vision, and oversight of the Institute for Corporate Social Innovation under the Rutgers Business School.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners and entities in order to implement and achieve the strategic goals of the RICSI and RBS.

The duties and responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fundraising and Partnership Management

• Will be the liaison between RICSI and existing partners and sponsors

• Recruit and establish prospective corporate partners and potential board members in anticipation of the Advisory Board launch in the beginning of 2023

• Oversee the campaign and marketing initiative for Rutgers Giving Day

• Programmatic Engagement

• Will be the liaison for student consulting teams on Health Equity Projects

• Engage in thought leadership activities, participate and represent RICSI in any speaking engagement or social/professional event (e.g., webinars, seminars, presentations, etc.).

• Team Management

• Lead and provide critical and constructive feedback and guidance to team members via various modes of communication (e.g., 1:1 meetings, team meetings, etc.)

• Collaborate with team and monitor business practices to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
