We are seeking a full-time Executive Director in our Chesapeake, Virginia location.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, directing and performing various clinical and management functions for the practice network to maintain optimal operational, clinical, financial, and business standards. Serving as management for the business and clinical operations associated with Coastal Counseling Center and supporting the needs of an expanding practice.

Schedule: Monday

• Friday, 9:00 am

• 5:30 pm

Compensation:

• Salary model

• Employees can earn $90,000 - $105,000 annually

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in operations, business development, or related fields of study
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, managing, and driving change in a highly regulated environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in a human services or business management field

• Active and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PMHNP license in Virginia

• 2 years of experience providing therapy/direct clinical care

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

• Experience with children or adolescents

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence successful outcomes in matrix structure

• Ability to foster professional business relationships, lead and, collaborate with diverse business partners, key stakeholders, colleagues, and team members

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities within established deadlines

• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and exposure to Electronic Medical Records systems

Job Duties/Daily Tasks

• Up to 10 clinical hours per week for licensed professionals

• Daily Timecard Approval for admins

• Verify clinical and non-clinical payroll and submit for processing

• Approval of PTO Requests in ADP

• Clinical Recruitment (Collaborate with Talent Solutions)

• Admin Recruitment (Collaborate with Talent Solutions)

• Onboarding of New Providers

• Culture of the Organization (Outings and Gatherings)

• Oversee & Coordinate Team Meetings

• Provide Supervision to Clinicians and Document Accordingly- including review of documentation

• Review of provider productivity and completion of monthly reports

• Liaison between OBC/RMH and office staff/clinicians

• Utilize Athena EMR for business operations and clinical documentation
