  • Work with VP of Programming to create and execute overall strategy for International expansion.

  • Manage day-to-day Programming decisions such as release dates, scheduling changes, content sourcing and localization.

  • Negotiate TV and Film content licensing agreements for STARZPLAY with the goal of increasing audience engagement and retention, as well as grow the subscriber base.

  • Work closely with STARZ legal team to finalize contracts with content providers.

  • Establish performance metrics to assess content performance on the platform.

  • Utilize Data Analytics and International market knowledge to find the best content for STARZPLAY.

  • Attend markets and festivals as needed.

  • Work closely with Ops and Marketing to ensure content partners are providing all needed assets to launch content on the platform.

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 4-6 years of International licensing or digital platform experience

  • Deep knowledge of the International content industry including market trends, behavior, and understanding of the digital landscape in all major markets

  • High competency in data analysis

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization

  • Passion for TV, Film, and International business

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Executive Assistant, Programming & Development Los Angeles, CA 90064 We are considering candidates with relevant industry experience to support 2 busy executives: SVP, Programming & Development, and VP, Current Programming.
