Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

  • Develop and administer a comprehensive system of residential services that respond to the community's needs and support the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals

  • Integrate the management of the residential system into the organization's continuum of care

  • Ensuring the development and expansion of the residential treatment system's referral base

  • Evaluate and guide the development of treatment services

  • Responsible for group schedule, outings, speaker meetings, and monitor client schedule.

  • Monitoring performance of subordinate staff; providing reinforcement, remediation, or other appropriate response as needed.

  • Implementing policies and procedures for outpatient services, including the outpatient system's plan for ensuring continuous quality improvement.

  • Oversees facility licensing and accreditation reviews.

  • Oversees physical plant needs and maintain clean and safe environment

  • Analyzes visit metrics, including trending and establishing performance benchmarks

  • Assists in the hiring/development of clinical and support staff as appropriate.

  • Works collaboratively with Pyramid Healthcare Inpatient and Outpatient organizational leads to provide cross region/facility collaboration to share resources and provided a network of peer support.

  • Directs and provides facility oversight to recovery oriented systems of care initiatives.

  • Other duties as deemed necessary

Technical Competencies: Interacts with program directors and referral sources to facilitate prompt, effective services for the client. Strong focus on customer service and instilling this philosophy throughout the region. Interacts cooperatively with professional liaisons, supporting the ongoing marketing and referral communications efforts. Responsible for budget oversight as well as monitors, tracks and evaluates factors that could impact achievement of fiscal and performance goals. Thorough knowledge of substance abuse and mental health systems and treatment modalities. Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA, DDAP/OMHSAS/DPW licensing, and CARF regulations.
