JOB SUMMARY Directs, plans, designs, implements, coordinates, and evaluates the teacher, and school leader, appraisal and development systems. Designs and implements local guidelines and policies related to the appraisal and development systems.

Serves as district subject matter expert regarding state and federal policy as it pertains to teacher, school leader, and non-teacher appraisal systems. Coordinates across HISD to define a coherent approach to instructional appraisal.
