Purdue University Executive Director of Financial Aid Purdue University, a top public research institution that offers higher education at its highest proven value, invites inquiries, applications, and nominations for the position of executive director of financial aid.
Reporting to Kristina Wong Davis, vice provost for enrollment management, and serving as a member of a strong and cohesive senior enrollment team, the executive director of financial aid will provide leadership, vision, and strategy for the universitys financial aid policy and practices.
The executive director will be a senior thought partner to the vice provost, working together to build and maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders such as academic leadership, university development, and student affairs and provide an exceptional financial aid experience for Purdue's students.
The executive director will also take a lead role in working with the State of Indiana and the federal government on all matters related to student aid and affordability.
Purdues student aid function is highly regarded institutionally as well as among state, regional, and national leaders of student aid.
Its financial aid operations are part of a larger, highly-respected enrollment management unit that is forward-thinking and ambitious.
Working closely with enrollment management leadership, the executive director will support a unified, bold, and exciting presidential vision for the future of the university, making a personal and significant contribution to the realization of Purdue's ambitious trajectory.
Purdue seeks a financial aid leader with the vision, energy, creativity, and drive that typifies the university as a whole.
The executive director will first and foremost be an experienced and successful financial aid leader with change management experience.
They will be analytically masterful, technologically sophisticated, and a compelling communicator on behalf of access, affordability, and student excellence.
They must also demonstrate both significant understanding of the full range of student aid responsibilities in the modern university and the confidence, self-awareness, and discretion necessary to lead the universitys financial aid activities in a collaborative, integrative, and efficient manner.
