Job Description - Executive Director of Climate and Culture

Qualifications

Qualified applicants are required to have a Master's degree in education, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. A doctoral degree is preferred; Relevant professional experience in K-12 education, with a strong understanding of school climate and culture; and Demonstrated leadership experience in designing and implementing district-wide initiatives related to climate, and culture.

Salary/Benefits

The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary depending on educational background and experience. A comprehensive benefits package including Board-paid TRS and THIS contributions and 80% district-paid medical (including 100% reimbursement for non-emergency care at Rush affiliated providers on our PPO & HCA plans) and dental insurance.
