Executive Director

District provides municipal sanitary sewer services to portions of Windemere and Moose Lake Townships in both Carlton and Pine Counties.  Averages 20 hours per week and serves under the direction of the District's Board of Directors.   Office is located in Moose Lake, hours are flexible and working from home most of the time is an option.  Position is responsible for overseeing and enforcing District Ordinances, polices and contracts.  Working closely with attorneys, engineers, auditors, contractors and other professionals.  Presents information to the Board at monthly meetings, prepares agendas and takes minutes at meetings.  Responsible for all accounting functions of the District including quarterly billing of customers, maintaining financial records and payroll.  Excellent public relations, writing skills, and record keeping and ability to work independently.  Experience with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Banyon Billing Systems (or similar) is also required.
