Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm Job Summary: The Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness manages and facilitates the continuing development and further enhancement of the outcomes assessment activities within both academic and administrative departments.
Provides instruction regarding identifying and developing appropriate outcomes, constructing assessment plans, executing assessment actions, evaluating findings, and modifying and alternating processes and objectives based on the evaluation of findings. Reviews departmental assessment plans and the final reports of assessment activities. Supports the planning and budgeting functions of the University.
Additional Department Summary: The Executive Director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) provides strategic leadership and oversight of the University’s accreditation, assessment, and institutional effectiveness processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, this role ensures compliance with Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards and alignment with state and federal regulations.
The Executive Director directs a team of at least five staff members who support the activities of the office and works collaboratively across the institution to advance continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
