Summary:All Nations is one of 41 Urban Indian Health Programs (UIHP) located throughout the United States and has been incorporated as a non-profit 501c3 community-based organization since 1970 and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) community. All Nations provides a comprehensive suite of healthcare services from full medical to behavioral health.

All Nations works to engage the Missoula Native American community by valuing wellness and offer access to culturally appropriate, trauma-informed services. The All Nations Board of Director is seeking an Executive Director to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations through strategic oversight, lifting up and empowering our dynamic staff, and ensuring the effective coordination of our programs and services. Compensation will range between $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience. Duties:Strategy & Vision Integrate the All Nations mission, vision, and values throughout the day-to-day operations including, but not limited, to administrative, programmatic, risk management, human resources, and financial development activities. Work in close partnership with the Board of Directors to develop, strengthen, and advance the organization.

Lead the strategic planning process. Financial & Fundraising Responsibilities Develop resources to ensure the financial health of the organization and meet fundraising goals. Partner with Board of Directors and leadership staff to support and oversee fundraising and enhance donor relationships.

Maintain the budgets, reporting procedures, and manage grant administration received by All Nations. Partner with the All Nations Board of Directors to ensure sound fiscal oversight, including organizational compliance with the terms of All Nations grants and contracts. Present financial and program reports to the Board of Directors, communicated regularly and concisely.

Ensure maximum resource utilization and operate within the approved budget. Governance & Leadership Responsible for leading All Nations in a manner that supports and guides the organization's mission as defined by the Board of Directors. Partner with the Board of Directors in the governance and oversight of All Nations and provide timely and effective communication to keep the Board of Directors apprised of organizational health.

Provide written reports at the monthly Board of Directors meeting, attend committee meetings, and support Board recruitment efforts. Possess and demonstrate good leadership, which includes successful judicious decision making; and clear, compassionate and collaborative communication. Must have high integrity and build trust and is able to motivate and influence others.

Be sensitive and responsive to diverse populations and committed to promoting cultural competence at all levels of the organization. Provide visionary leadership to the organization and will manage, attract, and retain high-quality staff. Serve as the official spokesperson for All Nations and develop public relations efforts subject to BOD approval.

People & Program Oversight Oversee and inspire all staff through performance management, policy development, and career development. Develop a culture that values constant learning and growth.

Qualifications:Required Skills and Abilities Understanding and ability to execute all essential job duties listed in the job description. Exceptional time-management skills with attention to detail in areas of planning and organizational skills, sufficient to prioritize and successfully complete job demands.

Ability to politely communicate in a clear and effective manner, both orally and written; including, excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and/or with minimal supervision, and clearly follow instructions. Ability to work cooperatively with other staff to contribute to the success of fellow All Nations employees, and apply efficient conflict resolution, when necessary.

Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy, to gain confidence, support and cooperation of individuals and groups in accomplishing objectives. Ability to interact and understand cultural differences and apply skill in working with people of varied social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. Ability to oversee and establish new programs and initiatives within the organization.

Flexibility and adaptability to stress; including, ability to work and make decisions under stressful situations, when necessary.

Applicability of standard office practices and procedures; including, but not limited to, filing, photocopying, faxing, basic computer skills, telephone, basic math and number skills, etc. Attend meetings, trainings and conferences; including, Staff, Department, Committee, and Board meetings, as required.

Overnight travel may be required. Adheres to all All Nations Policies and Procedures. Other duties as assigned, to support the All Nations integrated team.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE Five or more years of experience with Director level work within a similar industry. Experience and/or Training in Federal Grants and Management, preferred. Experience in concepts of Quality Assurance for Employee Relations and Organizational Improvement.

Well-versed in fundraising, financial management, and strategic oversight. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's Degree required or equivalent experience in a related industry: Health, Public Health, Business Administration, Human Resources or related health field.

Valid MT Driver's License. Must be willing to consent to Criminal Background Check.
