: Glacier Hills is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to provide leadership and direction over the planning and operations of the skilled nursing community in Michigan. The Executive Director will oversee operating plans and related operating and capital budgets, development and implementation of standardized policies and procedures, clinical integration, property management, resident relations, marketing, community outreach, etc. In doing so, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Provides oversight responsibility for all levels of leadership in the operations of the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).

Quality of Care: Maintain a culture of excellence in resident care.

Staff Management: Provide ongoing supervision and support to ensure a positive work environment and high employee morale.

Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality care standards.

Community Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and the broader community.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare and assisted living facilities.

Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 7 years of direct supervisory experience preferably at a progressively higher level

• Current Michigan administrator license

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or senior living management of a CCRC or Life Plan Community preferred.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
