Baptist Health is hiring an Executive Director for the Baptist Medical Group. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

This role will coordinate day-to-day financial operations for Baptist Medical Group (BMG) entities.

Responsibilities:

• Provides advice, insights, and recommendations based on operational trends, ensuring diligent metric tracking, leading all aspects related to finance measurement, reporting, planning, monthly accounting close process, review of accruals, and forecasting as needed.
• Supports financial and operational performance by assisting in the development of financial goals; analyzing results;
• Develops recommendations for operational improvement.
• Includes significant reporting responsibilities as well as development of the annual operating budgets.
• Healthcare experience required.
