As the Executive Director, we will look to you to promote our CHIEF core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun. The Executive Director is responsible for assisting with the operations oversight at Enlivant communities.


  • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities

  • Provides training and support to all Enlivant team members and promotes quality care and independence for our residents

  • Ensures a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community

  • Additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in an operations role

  • Administrator's license or certificate per state requirements

  • Associate / Bachelor degree as required by state regulations

  • Financial acumen and budget management experience

  • Exceptional problem solving and time management skills

  • The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed

  • The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the CEO of Lindsay Corporation. The position will include administrative responsibilities such as travel, expense reporting, scheduling, meeting prep, and taking minutes. In addition, responsibilities include facility management for the Omaha based office. The Executive Assistant must be able to self-direct, prioritize, be flexible, and clearly communicate. Duties & Responsibilities * Perform Executive Assistant duties for the CEO (phone coverage, travel, Visa applications, expense reporting, scheduling, correspondence, meeting planning, research, document meeting minutes & actions, etc...) * Assist other Executives with travel as requested * Consolidate, administer and distribute reports to the leadership team * Schedule of Board of Director meetings and manage quarterly meeting material needs * Manage the Omaha office facility and all associated vendor relationships * Execute all responsibilities with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism * Serve as mentor for other Administrative Assistants in the Omaha office Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years professional work experience * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Overall tech savvy with an ease and ability to learn new programs quickly * Proven experience to analyze information effectively and present results through reports, spreadsheets and presentations. * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, organize, multitask and prioritize. * Strong interpersonal communication skills, both in written and verbal * Global and/or public company experience.
