JOB SUMMARY The Digital Power Network is seeking an Executive Director to lead the affiliate organization and scale its position as the premier voice on Bitcoin mining and its intersection with energy innovation. This critical role requires a visionary leader with extensive expertise in energy markets, regulatory frameworks, blockchain technology, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong background in the policy and advocacy landscape and a proven ability to build partnerships across industries.

The Executive Director will oversee strategic advocacy, educational outreach, and stakeholder engagement initiatives while driving operational excellence and membership growth. This role is based in Washington, D.C. and requires frequent travel. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Building Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, including hiring, mentoring, and managing staff to execute DPN's mission effectively.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the organization. Industry Advocacy & Policy Leadership Serve as the public spokesperson and principal advocate for the Bitcoin mining industry in Washington, D.C., and beyond. Lead the development and execution of strategic policy initiatives that promote innovation, energy security, and sustainability in Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing.

Represent DPN at Congressional hearings, regulatory meetings, and industry events, positioning DPN as a trusted resource and thought leader in energy policy. Membership Growth & Engagement Expand DPN's membership base to include traditional energy companies, utilities, nuclear energy leaders, and renewable energy stakeholders, fostering a broad coalition across the energy ecosystem. Develop and maintain strong relationships with member companies, ensuring exceptional service and engagement.

Educational Outreach & Communications Develop comprehensive educational resources to inform policymakers, industry stakeholders, and the public about Bitcoin mining's role in energy innovation and grid resilience. Shape narratives to address misinformation and highlight the strategic benefits of Bitcoin mining in the U.S. energy landscape. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Cultivate relationships with policymakers, regulators, energy leaders, and other key stakeholders to advance DPN's influence in energy and technology policy discussions.

Proactively identify opportunities to build coalitions that align with DPN's objectives. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in public policy, Political Science, Energy Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

E xperience: Minimum of 10 years in energy policy, government affairs, or a related field, with demonstrated success in policy advocacy. Strong network of relationships within the energy sector, regulatory agencies, and policymaking community.

Deep expertise in energy policy and their intersection with Proof of Work (PoW) digital asset mining and blockchain technology. Proven track record in scaling advocacy initiatives or trade organizations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Strategic mindset with strong organizational and operational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Willingness to travel frequently for conferences, meetings, and advocacy engagements.
