Responsibilities:

Successfully directs and coordinates the overall operations of the campus to comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. Establishes a reputation for being a premier senior living provider with high levels of customer satisfaction internally and externally, employee satisfaction, delivering innovative healthcare strategies and overall operational, clinical and financial performance. Responsible for ensuring quality care and customer satisfaction is delivered to all residents, patients and their families.

Responsible for the identification, development and execution of high level clinical services to meet the market demands. Responsible for the campuses overall fiscal operations including revenue generation and expense management. #Ensures all departments are effectively maintaining and achieve their budget targets including payroll, expense management and revenue enhancement. # Education/Training: A Bachelor#s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Hospital Administration, Human Behavior, or a related field; a Master#s degree is preferred; current State Nursing Home Administrator#s license required.

Experience:


A minimum of five (5) years# experience in administration in a skilled nursing/post acute care facility/CCRC preferred.


ADA:


Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.

As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will be a driving force in furthering engagement within a global company that serves energy, environment and emerging markets and is differentiating itself by successfully designing, engineering, building and operating the world's largest industrial gas projects. POSITION SUMMARY: The Communications Director will provide dedicated, professional communications support for one of Air Products' largest organizations: Global Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology and Execution (GEMTE). You will lead and manage internal and external communications efforts – defining and developing communications strategy and plans that align with business strategy and objectives. Priorities include professional communications leadership to support internal change programs, partner with HR to recruit new talent into the company, support growth initiatives, and using creative storytelling skills, demonstrate Air Products' core capabilities executing megaprojects around the world. As a member of Air Products' global Corporate Communications leadership team and reporting to the Vice President, you will also be an active member of and contributor to the GEMTE leadership team, working in a fast-paced environment with leadership from the business, including product lines, commercial leaders, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and technology experts and supporting functions, to help drive business performance. This position will collaborate closely with Corporate Communications colleagues and leverage internal resources at Air Products along with outside support in different regions to implement tactics and meet established GEMTE goals. RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand the global presence and opportunities in which GEMTE operates, its markets, technologies, and transformation with speed and self-confidence. A top-performing communications professional will understand business priorities, think creatively to define strategy, implement with an eye on detail, and showcase results and progress. First year success will be evaluated on the ability to lead/facilitate a clear communication strategy, define clear messaging, and drive implementation, working closely with the Corporate Communications team. In future years, success will be based on the ability to evolve mindsets from a tactical communications approach to strategic. * Work with senior GEMTE leadership in locations around the world, under the direction of the Executive Vice President, to develop and implement strategic communications plans that drive awareness and familiarity of Air Products, increase understanding of key GEMTE messages and offerings, and support growth and sales. * Perform a significant amount of writing, editing and review of GEMTE stakeholder messaging and ensure consistency with broader Air Products' messaging. * Provide writing, editing, review and support for senior GEMTE management, developing content and campaigns that promote two-way dialogue with employees. Partner with the GEMTE management team to drive messaging and communications planning around key transformation and improvement initiatives. * Work closely with HR and Corporate Communications to deliver effective ideas to attract the best talent for GEMTE using an engaging, contemporary, "One Air Products" approach and appropriate tactics and strategies at the regional or site level. * Work with communications and business teams to develop digital and print marketing communications that improve awareness, engagement, and customer lead generation. Support customer promotions, trade shows and events, technical conference participation, external speaking engagements, and content development for web and social media. * Build relationships with select media outlets (trade and business) relevant to GEMTE's objectives. Assist in writing and editing standby statements and provide other communications support in the event of an incident or crisis situation. * Partner with Corporate Communications and GEMTE leaders to identify and pursue appropriate leadership positioning opportunities. * Procure, align and manage external resources and agencies as needed, and in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Procurement. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in corporate communications, marketing communications, journalism, or related field of study. Master's degree preferred. * 10+ years of well-rounded experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, public/media relations, and/or related field. Experience in a large, global B2B organization preferred. * Demonstrated success and proven track record creating and leading integrated communications programs that consistently deliver on objectives. * Exceptional writing and storytelling ability (including technical writing and editing) and well-versed in Associated Press writing style. * Self-starter with high initiative and a positive and professional approach to all engagements and tasks. * Proven ability to strategize and prioritize high-level communications initiatives and work under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing global business environment. * Strong ability to collaborate and partner with colleagues of different cultural backgrounds who are driving projects, technology development and sales in different regions of the world.
