Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks qualified candidates for an available Executive Director position.

The downstream impact of this role should improve the health and well-being of a significant number of older adults and people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This position will direct a long-term service contract between Liberty Healthcare Corporation and a state health and human service agency responsible for home and community-based service waivers.

Objectives, services, and contract deliverables focus on:

  • Person-centered planning

  • Quality management system redesign

  • HCBS provider oversight, technical assistance, and training

  • Mortality reviews and reporting

  • Critical incident process management

  • Quality information data system and reporting

As Liberty Healthcare's Executive Director, your ongoing responsibilities will include:

  • Leading largescale systems growth and transformation initiatives

  • Serving as "CEO" of Liberty's service contract

  • Instilling Liberty's vision, mission and core values

  • Leading a remote team of professionals and cultivating a high-performance culture

  • Client-facing activities and proactively meeting customer needs

Skills & Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record of successfully leading large and complex healthcare and human services. Experience in a similar "top-level" leadership role is required.

A graduate degree and experience in home and community based services for people who have developmental disabilities is required.

Knowledge of quality management methodologies, Charting the LifeCourse, Council for Quality and Leadership Outcome Measures are all very helpful.
