All candidates must have a current Delaware Nursing Home Administrator license to meet the state requirements to qualify as an Executive Director for Assisted Living in the Sate of Delaware.

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care

• Excellent knowledge of the state regulations

• Proven survey history

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Strong financial acumen

• Exceptional leadership skills

• Current State Required license
