The Executive Director-Administrator leads the management and operations including resident services, program planning, revenue generation, operational analysis, financial analysis, problem resolution, personnel management, and performance improvement.

The focus of this job is on achieving results that are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. The confidence to purposely drive toward results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential.

A goal-oriented leadership style, while motivating, training, and enthusiastically engaging others is important. The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style.

The salary range for this opportunity is $135,000 - $165,000 based on years of experience.
