Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director - Analytics and Automation Solutions to join our team.
This position will report to the Vice President, Analytics and Automation Solutions and be part of the innovation and capability office (ICO) staff. As a key member of the ICO team, you will participate in strategic positioning, growth, customer relations, professional development, and business planning for the analytics, AI/ML and automation (A3) capabilities area. You will foster strategic growth of the organization through customer engagement as well as implementation of growth strategies and business development initiatives. As an SME, this candidate will leverage experience and current relationships with mid-level to senior-level staff at ManTech's customers to drive the business's continued growth. You will be a thought leader and practitioner of innovative ideas and solutions as it pertains to the A3 technology focus area. You will be responsible for developing use-case driven and mission focused white papers and demos to support our customer needs. You will have the opportunity to lead and work with some of the newest technologies, transformative projects, be a thought leader, and play a strong role in shaping the innovation agenda across the company. This role requires an individual with an in-depth understanding of cloud and security, combined with innovation and business skills.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Ten years related IT experience with at least 5 years of experience in the commercial industry
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on data analytics implementation using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Supervised and unsupervised learning
Strong technical SME with a proven track record of building disruptive digital and analytics solutions
Hands-on experience with automation using virtual agents and robotic process automation, algorithm development and complex data engineering
Experience in driving both external and internal engagements; demos based on use cases that move innovation from idea/concept phase to prototype development
Detailed knowledge of federal and industry best practices, policies, and market trends
A3 evangelist, internal and external to the company
Advise the business leaders (i.e., sector presidents, Division Managers, and Program Managers) on emerging trends in A3, recommending investments that increase our scale, capacity and ability to deliver enduring solutions to our customers
Analyze and provide guidance on industry / government trends and strategic opportunities, positioning ManTech to be the fastest growing A3 capability provider within our key markets
Actively support customer engagement, capture consulting and preliminary solution review and support on key strategic deals
Coordinate with account executives and business leaders, perform a detailed gap analysis of current account opportunities against derived budget
Support the Chair of the A3 Community of Practice (COP) to Collect, evaluate, and inventory all ManTech capabilities for incorporation into a single, OneManTech catalog and ensure this knowledge is leveraged across the full portfolio of ManTech programs and offerings
Review and recommend investments that relate to A3 solutions and/or service offerings that impact more than one division or business unit
Evaluate and partner with business leaders in evaluating new business and recompete opportunities
Support Partnerships with Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) group to support the development of a brand awareness campaign, supporting the growth plan of the strategy
Support Establishment of A3 governance-related metrics, evaluation, and oversight of results
Monitor progress and impact across ManTech
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to both internal and external customers
Strong technical writing skills and the ability to assist the sales team and business groups with requests for quotes / information
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting; ability to facilitate and conduct webinars and presentations to customers, including conceptual design and white boarding sessions
Projects a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions
Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills
Ability to interact effectively with senior managers and C-level executives
