We are looking for an exceptional Licensed Nursing Home Administrator / LNHA to oversee operations at our innovative and dynamic Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Health Campus. Springview Manor is located in Lima, OH.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Executive Director:

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the health campus programs and activities.

  • Assist department managers in implementation of performance evaluations for the staff. Assist the department managers in the use of departmental policies and procedures. Emphasize the importance of good rapport among the department managers so that good teamwork can be realized.

  • Represent the health campus in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third party payers, or provide an authorized representative of the facility when unable to attend such meetings.

  • Make routine inspections of the facility to assure that established policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

  • Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies. Review and develop a plan of correction for deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provide a written copy to the Home Office and to the government agency as required.

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of competent department directors, supervisors, consultants and other auxiliary personnel.

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget, to be reviewed and approved by the Home Office.

  • Review monthly financial statements, notating and explaining budget variances.

Summary Subcontracts Administrator works in the construction project on the subcontracting life cycle from pre-award planning through administration and closeout. Position will require working as an integrated member of the project team managing subcontracting activities from "cradle to grave" including subcontract terms and conditions negotiations for award. Provides direction and oversight to other project Subcontract Administrators. Specific Responsibilities * Prepares recommended source lists of qualified subcontractors, drawing upon their past performance experience. Coordinates the list with project management and client recommendations. * Prepares Request for Proposal form and verifies accuracy and completeness of proposal packages. Interfaces with affected sections to clarify and ensure that all necessary data has been included. * Receives subcontractors' responses to requests for proposals, determines each subcontractor's ability to meet Company and project requirements, and negotiates the terms and conditions. Prepares and issues contracts commensurate with delegated procurement authority. * Prepares subcontract documents. Works with the legal team to develop flow down requirements and is capable of negotiating terms and conditions. * Prepares reports and contractual correspondence for project management and client. Establishes and maintains accurate tracking records tailored to each subcontract. * Ensures that subcontractor files are maintained and updated that are to include invoice auditing and monitoring records of payment. * Performs change management, performs claims avoidance and management, hosts weekly subcontractor meetings, ensures meeting minutes are produced and properly distributed, performs subcontract closeout actions, completes file documentation, forwards subcontract files to storage and ensures retention policy is in place for project files. * Will provide technical guidance, direction, review of completed work and mentorship to lower-level Subcontract Administrators. * This position holds full responsibility of subcontract deliverables for the project. * Serves as liaison between subcontractor and construction team. * Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. * 6-10 years of experience preferably in refineries or petrochemical environment on large capital cost construction projects. * Must have "hands on" subcontract administrator experience * Construction experience with kick-off to commissioning, an plus * Strong post award "hands on" experience is required * Experienced in managing lump sum, cost plus fixed fee subcontracts * Good understanding and experience in Change Management * Claims experience: avoidance, mitigation, defense and preparation * Mixed owner/contractor experience is a plus * Team Player * Experience in mentoring junior staff * Good understanding of Contracting and Procurement workflow practice and procedures * Good communication skills both verbal and written Jacobs Engineering Lima OH
