You will oversee multiple accounts, see projects through execution, and will lead a team of creative directors. You've also been in plenty of pitches and have honed your presentation skills to sell and convince clients to stretch outside of their comfort zones when needed. Responsibilities

Job Functions:

  • Encourage, lead and recruit creatives of the future

  • Present ideas, campaigns and platforms to C-suite executives that move people to action

  • Integrate and advocate for data-driven ideas, concepts and campaigns

  • Weave tech platforms and environments into ideations sessions

  • Develop, nurture, and sell creative ideas in both written and visual form

  • Actively collaborate with other disciplines across the agency

  • Share inspirational work and build standard methodologies to produce the best work

  • Attract, mentor, and retain top creative talent

  • Partner with Planning and Strategy to develop integrated briefs

  • Provide high level conceptual direction

  • Ensure creative output aligns with agency vision and client objectives

  • Lead and support new business efforts

  • Create staffing plan and manage overall reporting structure in creative

  • Influence and participate in leadership/vision conversations

  • Encourage and motivate creatives by leading in the service of the work/team

  • Optimize and evolve creative processes and methodologies

  • Work cross-functionally, balancing multiple partners

  • Strategic communicator with shown experience leading cross-platform creative initiatives, campaigns and platforms

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum/Preferred Requirements:

  • Ideally, a bachelor's degree in the arts or graphic design; MFA OK too!

  • At least 15+ years of relevant agency experience

  • Strong understanding of digital, experiential, and event production for both large and small initiatives

  • Strong ability to grow client relationships

  • Authority in design or writing (or both, FTW!)

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel: may on occasion need to travel, up to 10%

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Industry know-it-all (trends, campaigns, technologies, etc)

  • Ability to generate new business and opportunities

  • Proven experience winning pitches

  • Can carry up to 20lbs in a pinch

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities:- Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere- Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident' care and wellbeing- Set standards for quality assurance and foster positive family relationships- Have direct responsibility for hiring, training, and supervising a top-notch team- Have direct responsibility for the financial management and regulatory compliance of the community- Lead the Sales and Marketing process, in order to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets Qualifications:- Passion for working with Seniors- College degree and administrator's license/certification per state requirements- Prior General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the health care industry preferred- Previous management experience with direct supervision of a team of at least 10 -- including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and disciplinary measures as necessary- Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses of at least $1M annually- Previous sales or business development experience preferred--identifying and building local relationships to drive business as well as effective product pricing and revenue maximization- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentations- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities- Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day a week (usually a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday schedule) , evenings as necessary and serving on-call- Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new applications Sunrise maintains a drug-free work environment and all offers of employment with Sunrise are conditioned on submitting to and successfully completing and passing a drug and alcohol test.
