POSITION SUMMARY:

At Checkers & Rally's we make a difference in people's lives by serving our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. The Executive Coordinator provides administrative support to he Development, Marketing, Operations and IT Teams. This role also provides administrative support to the Executive Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of the Checkers' Restaurant Support Center (RSC) and supports the administrative needs of the Executive Team as needed. The Executive Coordinator models our corporate culture and values as the first point of contact (both in-person and on the phone) with our guests, franchisees, team members, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of monthly Development Committee (DC) meetings to include but not limited to responsibility for working with REMs to compile site packages for presentation and Pre-DC scrub to determine weak spots in presentations and make necessary adjustments; set the agenda for DC, send out site approval letters and orders impact studies when necessary

  • Assist with certain analysis with sales projection systems

  • Work cross-functionally to track New Restaurant Openings report on 1st week sales to RSC and send out announcements as needed

  • Assist the Development, Marketing, Operations and IT teams as needed

  • Administrative duties to include but not limited to scheduling meetings, event planning, completing expense reports, ordering lunches for meetings and travel planning

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage others and establish rapport

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with all levels within the organization, and with guests, franchisees, and suppliers.

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines, adjust to sudden changes in workflow, and maintain high quality standards.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests and the general public.

  • Ability to maintain all job-related information in a confidential and private manner.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Internet software

  • Over three years of related experience
