The Executive Compensation Professional 2 develops, implements, and analyzes compensation programs for executives, officers and other top key positions. The Executive Compensation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.


The Executive Compensation Professional 2 develops and administers short and long-term incentive plans for executives. Determines financial and tax treatment of compensation programs, and manages proxy disclosure and analysis. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis, modeling and of executive compensation programs

  • Partner with Law department to coordinate stock awards grants, vesting schedules and communications

  • Coordinate survey participation for executive compensation surveys

  • Research and provide proactive updates on current trends related to compensation programs

  • Assist in the preparation of the Organization and Compensation Committee materials

  • Provide support during the year-end compensation processes, including base pay recommendations, short-term incentive calculations and annual equity award pool allocations

  • Assist with data request from key partners across the organization (Finance, Law, Audit, payroll, etc.)

  • Participate in various Executive Compensation projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous finance or broad-based compensation experience

  • Demonstrated detail-oriented work ethic, proven organization skills, and a total commitment to accuracy and quality balanced with timeliness

  • Proficient in Excel and with familiarity w/ Workday or similar systems

  • Proven ability to analyze processes and look for improvement opportunities

  • Demonstrated ability to pull and manipulate data with proven reporting capabilities

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work with ambiguity

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at a single-time, working both independently and part of a team

  • Agility to learn in a quick paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

  • Executive Compensation experience
