Noble Corporation is hiring for an Executive Compensation Partner located at our Corporate Headquarters. Since 1921, Noble has been a world-class offshore drilling company with industry-leading safety and operational performance. This position reports directly into the Head of Total Rewards for Noble and is responsible for the administration of the company equity plans, executive compensation programs and assist with the materials for the Compensation Committee of the BOD. This role will require someone who is highly knowledgeable in the field of equity plan administration and executive compensation management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Equity Plan Administration:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Company's global equity plan for time vested RSUs and performance vested RSUs ensuring timely submission of data for annual employee grants, ad hoc grants, vesting's / distributions, forfeitures, liaising with recipients, HR, accounting, legal, payroll, transfer agent and auditors, while adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley controls.

  • Ensure timely updates to equity desk book and that it remains compliant with regulations.

  • Assist in the filing for Form 3's and 4's in partnership with legal by providing the required data and reviewing the filing for accuracy.

Executive Compensation Administration:

  • Collaborate with executives, legal, and accounting regarding public company executive compensation plan design and administration.

  • Work alongside the Head of Total Reward to make pay recommendations for the Executive team to ensure they remain competitive in the market.

  • Evaluate changes to existing plans related to executive pay.

  • Administer the executive compensation programs including employment contracts, etc.

  • Administer BOD compensation in collaboration with legal and finance.

Compensation Committee Coordination:

  • Prepare and coordinate materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in collaboration with the Executive Compensation Consultants, CHRO and Head of Total Reward.

  • Prepare the data required for the CD&A and UK Remuneration report including preparing the narrative disclosure of the CD&A.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 10+ years of executive compensation experience, including 5+ years working within the equity administration for a global, publicly traded company.

  • Excellent working knowledge of compensation concepts, laws and regulations, and human resources systems and reporting tools.

  • Experience in administering equity plans including employee grant data submission and following through on vesting schedules.

  • Experience in preparation of Compensation Committee material

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to investigate, study an analyze; a strong focus on accuracy is essential.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications, Workday experience preferred.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
