Executive Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a flair for creativity, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal menu that reflects the restaurant’s vision and guest preferences.
• Ensure the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and taste across all menu items.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
• Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food costs and labor to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the menu.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Proficiency in menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
