High Volume Full Service Executive Chef Growing Restaurant Group Salary - Up to $90,000 Bonus Location: San Antonio, TX As the Executive Chef, your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal and external clients to oversee the entire catering process, ensuring seamless execution from inception.

You will play a pivotal role in upholding culinary standards, including recipe compliance and top-notch food quality. Your creative input will be valued as you develop both regular and modified menus. Additionally, you'll be responsible for training kitchen staff in various aspects, including food preparation, safe handling, equipment operation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, following both Company and regulatory guidelines.

Efficient management of inventory for food and non-food supplies is crucial, guaranteeing the availability of necessary products. Compliance with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations, along with departmental procedures, is a priority. Your role will also encompass the performance of other assigned duties to contribute to the overall success of the culinary operations.

Required: A.S. degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training. Extensive catering experience is a plus. Highly desirable to have experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations.

Institutional and batch cooking experiences. Hands-on chef experience is a must. Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.

Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet. Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities. ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
