Job Description

The Chef position will perform the following duties:

• Builds customer loyalties through a one-on-one consultative approach.

• Builds customer trust by becoming a true partner in their business.

• Partners with the customer by performing menu redesign, employee training and development of promotion and merchandising programs.

• Contributes to controlled brand sales, customer training, advertising, promotions, food shows, brand product selection, customer events and profitability.

• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
