Position Responsibilities

• Manages the effective and efficient operation of main kitchen food service and production areas by supervising and coordinating activities of the production, cooks and all other main kitchen employees as assigned.

• Upholds the standards of the system-wide customer service program.

Qualifications

• Serve Safe, required

• ACF and CDM (Certified Dietary Mgr),preferred

• Bachelors Degree, Culinary school graduate, required

• Required - 3 to 5 years culinary experience in institutional food service; 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
