Executive Chef - Luxury Hotel

My client is a national hotel and restaurant group searching for a high-volume Executive Chef for a luxury hotel in Louisville. The property has several outlets including an upscale full-service restaurant and a large event space.

The ideal candidate should have high volume, multi-unit experience, a passion for quality in a scratch kitchen, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team: past restaurant and event experience and the ability to work with many other departments under one roof. The position offers an excellent compensation plan ($130k-$140k plus bonus), benefits that include a 401k package, and growth potential.
