Requires relocation to GEORGIA Picturesque, luxury boutique hotel in Georgia is seeking a passionate Executive Chef to oversee a food-centric F&B program. Looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented chef with a mix of restaurant and banquet experience who fosters a positive environment and exemplifies thoughtful, motivating leadership.

Requires relocation to GEORGIA Executive Chef Responsibilities include: Collaborate on menu and execute dishes of the highest quality Maintain a positive work environment through effective, professional communication with other employees and managers Lead, mentor, and train a strong team Administrative tasks: ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc. Proactively manage costs and labor Ensure best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen Executive Chef Preferred Requirements: 3 years of senior culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef Banquet experience required Boutique hotel, luxury hotel, or Forbes starred experience Experience in managing inventory and cost controls Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities Flexibility and adaptability to the property’s needs as they arise Passion for both food and guest satisfaction Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays Compensation includes: Base Salary in the range of $130-160k Bonus program Generous PTO policy 401k Health insurance Relocation
