Our Executive Chefs are highly skilled, creative leaders who lead our teams by example. Demonstrating a consistently high level of quality and execution in every dish, and developing new menu items utilizing a variety of local and seasonal PNW ingredients, handmade pastas, as well as classic regional Italian products are key aspects of the Executive Chef position. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Chef to join the ESR team. We have current openings in Seattle and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes

• Understanding of and experience with various kitchen equipment

• Comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong time management and ability to delegate appropriately

• Current Food Handlers and ServeSafe Permits

• A culinary school diploma is strongly preferred
