Responsibilities:

• Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
• Coordinating culinary team tasks.
• Upholding safety and hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
• Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Hiring and training your culinary team.
• Performing administrative tasks.
• Ensuring recipe consistency while reducing waste.
• Interact with guests with table visits.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of working in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary trends, principles, and practices.
• Amazing accolades.
• Excellent knowledge of ordering and inventory.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
