Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association

• A minimum 7 years' experience in a similar culinary position

• Prior position in hotels, corporate dining, retail, or large convention facilities preferred

• Oral and written skills; the ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time-sensitive environment.

• Strong knowledge of ordering, inventory and other BOH systems including catering systems

• Able to hire, train, and lead culinary staff

Job Description:

• Manage food, operating costs along with budget compliance and forecasting

• Create and execute all menus, including meal and catering services

• Initiate opportunities to implement new products and services to support base business growth and client retention

• Kitchen staff development, manage work schedules; create a cohesive team of associates for culinary and catering staff

• Superior customer service skills are required; daily interactions with our customers and clients are required
