We're looking for the real deal. If you're easy to like, care about the people you work with, confident and comfortable in your own skin, we want to meet you.

If you can walk the talk and bring something new to the table, we're ready to chat. Think you could be the perfect match? Great! But first, you should learn a little bit about the gig...

HERE'S THE DEAL:

You've been around the kitchen for a while so leading a crew through the day-to-day plus handling the behind-the-scenes is no problem for you. From designing seasonal menus for a sidewalk cafe to keeping an eye on food and labor costs, you can really do it all... and, with a killer attitude.

Why? You just love what you do and, it shows! On top of this, your knack for organization and ability to control a room help you lead the crew to victory.

WHAT THAT REALLY MEANS:

You know how to put together and keep great Culinary and Stewarding crews. More importantly, you get Bobby's culture and vision, so you can inspire your crew to reach their potential and be the very best.

The Culinary department is alive and well, but Bobby needs someone who can come in and use their own expertise and creativity to take the operation to the next level. There's no guidebook to follow, so you'll need to come prepared with fresh ideas, innovative techniques and more people skills than you know what to do with.

You'll be in charge of everything Culinary, both on-stage and behind the scenes. From menus to budget, you'll work directly with the executive team to manage the entire operation. This role reports to the Executive Director of Food and Beverage, but you will both partner on the Culinary stuff.

This is a multi-outlet gig. You'll oversee two kitchens that serve a three-meal restaurant, a cafe, a rooftop bar, in-room dining, banquets and our crew cafeteria. Show you can get just as excited about small bites and grab-and-go breakfasts as you can about a hand-crafted meal for fifty people.

WHAT WOULD GET A SECOND LOOK FROM BOBBY

Believing in "actions speak louder than words" and preferring results to telling us what you're going to do. (It's ok to give your ideas during the interview, though.)

Be someone who studied the book then threw it out. You know your way around a kitchen, but you prefer to chart your own course.

Scare us a little. Not in a careening off the tracks sort of way but show us you've got the chops to push the envelope.

Share your resume with us. Tell us how your experience and abilities perfectly align with what Bobby needs to be successful.

Show off and dazzle us with your knowledge of creating and operating highly successful kitchens. If Bobby is not the right fit, we welcome you forwarding this posting to a trusted colleague who may be interested.

BOBBY TAKES CARE OF THE CREW:

If it's one thing Bobby knows, a little Rest and Relaxation is good for the mind, body, and soul. Bobby wants you have a life outside of work.

Heck, we'll even pay to get you to get outta here and take some time off. Bobby calls it Paid Time off. Pretty original, right? And, you won't have to wait long to take it.

Medical plans featuring dental and vision coverage, because Bobby doesn't want the crew catching a cold. There's life insurance for the employee, your spouse and children; as well as long term disability. A penny saved is a penny earned thanks to 401k retirement savings with company match.

Hanging with Bobby has its perks. Have you ever dreamed of island hopping in Greece, lounging by the ocean in South Beach, or just a quick trip to the Big Apple? With our hotel discounts you can explore the world for less, while staying at some of the top hotels on the planet....and if you just need a place to put up the visiting in-laws, we've got you covered for that too.

If you're looking for room to grow, we've got it. We want to help you reach the top, so things like internal promotion and shadowing opportunities are always on our radar. On top of that, Bobby Hotel is our third project. (We've been averaging about one project a year.) If you plan to grow, that's great, because we do too.

Bobby will get you right up to speed. We'll teach you the ins and outs of anticipatory service to awaken guests to all that this boutique hotel in downtown Nashville has to offer.

You'll find craft services in the cafeteria. Fill up on free employee meals curated by our own Culinary crew.

Bobby will style you with attractive wears to signify you as a member of the crew.

Bobby gives back to Nashville. Participate in community outreach and give back to the eclectic city that inspires us all.

We are an equal opportunity employer. Bobby believes in trust but verify. All successful candidates will be subject to a background check.
