Responsibilities
What you will do as an Executive Chef
Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing for the kitchen and dining venue.
Interview, hire, train, develop, and manage staff.
Meet regularly with residents to confirm that we are providing high satisfaction levels.
Maintain the following:
Monthly and annual budgets
Employee and customer satisfaction and engagement scores at or above Atria's standard.
The highest levels of cleanliness, quality, and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Culinary Arts Degree and/or Chef Certification strongly preferred
Five (5) or more years of Culinary Experience in the hospitality industry
Effective verbal and written English skills
Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and working in a team setting
Food handlers permit. HACCP certification may be required
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
