This position will oversee two Executive Chef 2s as well as the entire culinary team. This position must have talented skills in catering as well as VIP high end Presidential upscale menus and presentation. Looking to take the day to day operations to another level. Responsible for training and developing employees to develop the individuals to grow their skills and look forward to promotion opportunities. Jackson State is one of the top HBCU in the world.
