Sodexo Universities is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for a seasonal confernece facility located in Cape Cod. This ocean front mansion located in Woods Hole, MA supports the National Academy of Sciences. This unit is comprised mostly of small meetings and conferences. With the occassional weekend and/or evening social events. Typical day consists of 2-3 staff on site to support the food and beverage team. Expectation is that the chef is present for all meals served. During the off season Executive Chef will support other local campuses.
Supporting the General Manager to assist with the training and development of staff. This position will be responsible for vendor relations, menu creation/execution, food purchasing and employee payroll. The candidate will work closely with the clinet manager.

The demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team and pro-actively communicate will be required. Strong organizational and culinary experience is highly desirable.

2 years Basic Functional Experience
