The Executive Casino Host is responsible for acquiring new players, developing customer loyalty and generating incremental trips among premium in-house players to support the revenue goals of Tesuque Casino.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Associate Degree in Marketing or Business-related field plus three years sales/marketing experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance.Two years of experience in Native American Casino Gaming preferred.
Host experience or supervisory experience required.Strong guest service, public relations, conflict resolution and communication skills.Strong organizational, employee relations, leadership and decision making skills.Ability to resolve stressful situations.Excellent computer skills.Self-starter with excellent follow through.Ability to work under pressure, handle situations in a timely manner and work independently.Ability to perform multiple tasks in an efficient manner in a fast paced environment.Strong management skills and ability to work diplomatically with all levels of management.Able to work all shifts and weekends.Must be 21 years of age or older.Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Pueblo of Tesuque Gaming Commission.
