PromoteIQ is seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to join and partner closely with the senior leadership and management team.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong administrative skills profile exhibiting exceptional attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, professionalism, creative problem solving, good judgement and time management abilities.

  • Has worked in a fast-paced organization (startup experience preferred).

  • Willingness and desire to learn and understand the PromoteIQ business.

  • Ability to balance delivery of on-going priorities with unanticipated, time sensitive tasks.

  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, maintain confidentiality and be an effective team player.

  • Ability to work independently while being proactive and changing direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.

  • Prior experience using Microsoft internal systems, tools, and data analysis skills are a strong plus.

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience, supporting senior level staff.

  • BA/BS degree is desirable, but not required.

  • Provide administrative support for PIQ leadership team
  • Proactively manage the calendar of PIQ Business Leader; Manage travel and submit expense reports for PIQ leadership team; Develop time management best practices to help leadership team meet business objectives, etc.
  • Own a significant portion of employee experiences at PIQ - Support employee onboarding/offboarding (equipment procurement, space allocation and moves, alias management, etc.); Act as HR liaison and support; Plan and execute team events and offsites, etc.

  • Provide team and facilities admin support

  • Equipment procurement, space allocation, and moves; Ongoing management and verification of team data in Microsoft tools including Employee Central, MS Space, Informa, and Forefront.
  • Create/enhance team culture within and across teams.

  • Pro-actively participate as a member of the leadership team.

  • Ensure expense policy compliance across the team.

Who We're Looking For PromoteIQ is seeking a motivated and dynamic Platform Support Manager to join our Technical Services team. As a Support Manager, you will build and scale the existing team into a mature, industry-leading support organization. You will become a subject matter expert on PromoteIQ and our internal platforms, and lead the group that works with customers and colleagues to diagnose and resolve technical, operational, and analytical issues. PromoteIQ's Technical Services team plays a central role in the execution and implementation of our core solutions and is home to the operational and technical experts of the organization. Members of the Technical Services team work closely with both internal teams and clients to create and execute streamlined processes that ensure campaign success while delivering first class customer satisfaction. The Platform Support team is the first line of defense for PromoteIQ's product and campaign issues. They serve as the hub for questions, issues and requests from all internal and external users. This role requires a strong mix of people and process management, customer service, and analytical problem-solving skills. * Bachelor's Degree - Quantitative studies preferred (e.g., math, physical sciences, computer science, statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience * Minimum 10 years of experience working in a client facing role * 3+ years managing junior and experienced support staff * Track record of recruiting, growing and retaining top tech support talent * Development and measurement of internal and external Service Level Agreements and KPIs * Experience troubleshooting and solving technically challenging problems and providing solutions * Understanding of infrastructure and web front-end and back-end tech stacks. (TCP/IP, HTTP, JavaScript, Web Servers, Application Servers, SQL, ELK Stack, etc.) * Expertise with web debugging tools (Firebug, HTTPFox, Fiddler, Chrome Dev Console, etc.) * Experience with selection and configuration of support ticketing systems (E.g.
