The Identity and Network Access Division in Security Is looking for an Executive Business Administrator. The Identity and Network Access Team is at the core of a huge number of critical Microsoft scenarios and our products and services are key to securing and delivering great user experiences to hundreds of millions of our users. A successful candidate will have demonstrated work experience supporting a senior member of the Leadership Team in a fast-paced environment, planning, organizational and time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently, be comfortable operating with ambiguity, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, changing direction in rapid response to a fluctuating work environment and prioritize among multiple projects with a dynamically changing workload. Additionally, the candidate has leadership skills and be able to maintain a cool and focused persona under pressure, maintain professional and positive interactions with others and be able to establish professional relationships and credibility with all internal and external contacts.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training)
Ability to organize, motivate, and lead the admin community
Ability to self-direct and work independently, deal with ambiguity, and act with appropriate urgency and flexibility with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt to daily challenges and rapid changes
High level of effective interpersonal skills, customer service approach, and ability to maintain effective working relationships and accommodate diverse working styles
Ability to understand the big picture and adjust direction accordingly
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
