Executive Associate

The Executive Associate serves as a liaison between university executives and those working on projects and programs important to the success of ESU. Conveys the administration's views and expectations to employees and team members. Also relays executive directives and ideas to leaders outside the University. This position works under the supervision of the Executive Vice President + CMO to accomplish daily activities, perform clerical duties, manage budget, organize schedules, manage travel and coordinate projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or five-to-ten years of professional experience in an administrative setting

• The selected candidate will have superior interpersonal communication, organizational skills, is a self-starter and forward-thinker.

COMPENSATION:

• Salary: $20 - $23.12 hourly

• Qualifications and previous experience will be considered for placement of base rank and salary.
