About the Employer

Novato Unified School District (NUSD) has 700+ staff members who, along with the larger school community, are responsible for the education of over 7,500 students. We have eight elementary schools, including one dual-immersion, one K-8 school, two middle schools, and two comprehensive high schools.

NUSD also has an Alternative Education Center housing a continuation school and an independent study student program serving grades K-12. All schools within Novato Unified offer special education services, along with Gifted and Talented Education (GATE), and special assistance is provided for all English learner students. OUR MISSION:

Exciting opportunity to work for one of the most desirable School District's in Marin County. We are seeking an HR professional who supports the Executive Director with a variety of high-level projects and helps to coordinate the functions of the HR department. Please note that we anticipate First Round Interviews taking place on Thursday May 23rd as well as possible second round interviews on Friday May 24th.

• Job Description is pending Board Approval on May 7, 2024 Novato is a suburb located in north Marin County, with a population of approximately 53,000. We are a close-knit community, with a number of our population being lifelong citizens.
