Executive Assistant

Piper Companies is currently searching for an Executive Assistant to work on site in Dallas, TX, for an independent commercial real estate investment bank. The Executive Assistant will be a crucial part in supporting multiple management professionals.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:

• Deliver executive-level administrative support to both the IT and Project Management teams, serving multiple senior-level executives.

• Coordinate intricate calendars, encompassing appointment scheduling, video conferencing, and meeting logistics, including client events.

• Act as a liaison for internal and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

• Monitor expenditures and compile monthly expense reports for the team's review.

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant include:

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's Degree

• Working knowledge with Concur and travel arrangements

• Accumulated 3 or more years of experience in a corporate environment, collaborating with senior-level executives

• Projects a positive and professional demeanor, demonstrating intrinsic motivation

• Displays a keen eye for detail and upholds precision

Compensation for the Executive Assistant include:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 a year (depending on experience) plus bonuses
