About the role
Provide C-level executive support while maintaining high levels of discretion, integrity and judgment when handling highly confidential and proprietary materials
Act as liaison with direct reports, other internal teams/organizations, and external partners
Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
Secure and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, often including complex logistics
Plan and run both internal and external executive events, meetings (e.g., staff and all-hands) and off-sites
Build and define processes to manage/track administrative activities and help drive completion of key deliverables, analyses, reports, write-ups, etc.
Records management, materials preparation, and other duties as required
Provide support on special projects as needed
Build relationships and partner effectively with other Administrative/Executive Assistants to support the Senior/Executive Management teams
Who you are
7+ years of progressive administrative or executive support experience
5+ years of experience providing direct support to executive-level staff and some experience supporting Board/External Advisory staff
Excellent influencing, negotiating, communication and organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think and plan proactively, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively
Effectively multi-task, anticipate needs, continually shift priorities on a moment's notice, and balance competing priorities
Seek to improve work processes and proactively resolve issues and conflicts
Enjoy problem-solving, working collaboratively with others and building effective working relationships
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), iPad; iPhone, etc.
